Construction Equipment Registration Certificate
To our Chamber's Commercial Operations Directorate;
application is made together with the attached sample petition (to be filled out completely) and the following documents.
For the purchase of brand new construction equipment:
Original invoice, original warranty certificate, original technical documents, and other relevant documents.
For purchases from abroad:
Customs Declaration, receipt of payment for Customs Duty, original invoice, and other relevant documents.
For second-hand sales:
Original Notarized Sales Contract, original previously issued registration certificate, and other relevant documents.
Other Documents:
- Petition Provided by Our Side
- Original Previous Registration Certificate (except for brand new equipment)
- Copy of Signature Circular
- Copy of Identification Document of the Person to Whom the Registration Certificate will be Issu
Registration Fee; An amount of 1168 TL should be deposited into our Chamber's cashier. Companies registered with our Chamber should not have any outstanding membership dues.
