The 'Expertise Report' is required for the issuance of the Food Registry Certificate from the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Livestock of the Republic of Turkey or the Production Permit Certificate from the affiliated City or District Municipalities, as well as for the Business License or in accordance with the regulations of various public institutions and organizations, for the determination of the general production capacities of the enterprises.’’
