Mr. Yıldırım: “This Accreditation Is a Tangible Indicator of Our Internationalization Vision”
Emphasizing that GCC attaches great importance not only to strengthening commercial life but also to enhancing vocational education, Mr.Yıldırım continued:
“Being selected among the 14 accepted projects out of 144 applications and receiving Erasmus+ Accreditation is a concrete indicator of our institution’s internationalization vision and our commitment to educational quality. Through this accreditation, we will establish regular engagement with Europe’s education and business ecosystems every year and enable our learners, trainers, and staff to gain international experience. In particular, through our subsidiaries Gaziantep Gastronomy Academy, and GCC Vocational Qualifications Center, we aim to reach a broader audience and elevate Gaziantep’s vocational education capacity to European standards.
Our greatest aspiration is to strengthen our city’s human capital, enhance the competitiveness of our youth, and position Gaziantep as a model city in vocational education.”
Strengthening Institutional Capacity and Human Capital Development
Mr. Yıldırım also noted that, through projects to be implemented under the Erasmus+ VET Accreditation framework, the Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce will strengthen its institutional capacity while contributing to the development of the qualified workforce required by Gaziantep’s business community.
