IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF GASTRONOMY TOURISM IN GAZIANTEP PROJECT

The aim of our project is to increase the service quality of enterprises operating in the field of Gastronomy tourism in Gaziantep and to develop innovation capacity in Gastronomy.
ACTIVITIES:
Activity 1: Establishment of the Gastronomy Center Kitchen: Within the Gaziantep Gastronomy Academy established by Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce, consultancy services to increase the capacity of businesses, kitchen and equipment that they can use to improve their products and presentations, conference halls that will bring together local flavors and world cuisines, closed office, semi-open office and co-working areas where entrepreneurs and businesses with business ideas can meet their physical space needs.
Activity 2: Panels, Conferences, Workshops were organized on the relevant subject throughout the project period in order to raise the awareness of employers on innovations in Gastronomy.
Activity 3: Consultancy services were provided to companies operating in the field of gastronomy.
Activity 4: Sector employees were provided with Vocational Qualification certificates.
The project was implemented between 2019 and 2021; similar activities continue within the Gaziantep Gastronomy Academy.
