PROJECT TO INCREASING EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY IN OLIVE AND OLIVE OIL PRODUCTION IN GAZIANTEP
Within the scope of the project, which was implemented between 2019-2022 and supported by the Silk Road Development Agency, infrastructure works were carried out to support and raise awareness of the olive, which is the 2nd most important agricultural product of our region, and the sector representatives operating in this field, and it was aimed to increase the quality and awareness of olives and olive products.
Within the scope of the project; Capacity Building Trainings for Olive Producers were organized, Study Trip for Olive and Olive Oil Producers was organized, Awareness Raising Meetings and tasting events were organized for Olive Oil Producers.
In addition, a comprehensive research report on the olive and olive oil sector in Gaziantep and its districts and the final reports of the Izmir study trip were prepared.
